It turns out Ted Lasso isn’t a bad guidebook for creating high performing teams. McKinsey research has found that the quality of interpersonal relationships accounts for 40% of job satisfaction. But how do you improve that that?

You could throw a BELIEVE sign up on the wall, or you can read this piece. It provides actionable strategies for founders and operators to build empathy and compassion into your teams, as a way to boost employee retention and performance.

How Valuation Works

Nathan Baschez & Eric Thompson / Divinations

It’s astonishing just how much of human behavior can be ultimately traced back to somebody trying to increase the valuation of something. But how does valuation actually work? The Magic of Linear Listening

What We're Reading

Book: Candide by Voltaire

One Link for the Road

Our very own Fadeke Adegbuyi of Cybernaut was interviewed by Benjamin Perrin this week on Mirror. The whole piece is well worth your time:
